Suwarrow National Park

On a Suwarrow expedition, meals come from the supporting vessel, often including fresh lagoon and pelagic catches alongside provisioned supplies. The atoll itself is uninhabited, so there is no local dining; all food is planned and carried by the expedition. Fresh fish, coconut and tropical fruit feature when available. Meals are seasonal and best enjoyed slowly in the company of local hosts, who take pride in sharing their island heritage.

Suwarrow is an uninhabited atoll and national park in the northern Cook Islands, a completely untouched ring of reef and lagoon reached only by private sailboat or organised expedition. Suwarrow Atoll
