Site Overview

INS Sufa Wreck is one of the most distinctive dive sites along the Israeli Mediterranean coast offering intact Sa'ar 3-class missile boat scuttled in 1998 with massive resident groupers and penetrable interior. The site attracts divers seeking an authentic Mediterranean diving experience with healthy marine ecosystems and clear water conditions throughout the main diving season from May through October. Water temperatures range from comfortable 18 degrees in spring to warm 28 degrees in late summer with visibility regularly exceeding fifteen metres on calm days.
