Punta Pascone

Site Overview

Punta Pascone on the island of Ventotene is a red-gorgonian wall dropping into clear Pontine water, a haven for spiny lobsters, groupers and morays. The sheltered position makes it a reliable dive even when the open coast is rough, and the healthy reef is a favourite for photographers. It is one of Ventotene’s signature sites, combining dramatic scenery with abundant invertebrate life and easy access from the shore or a short boat ride. Divers of intermediate level will find it both beautiful and forgiving.
