Su Gologone

Site Overview

Su Gologone in Sardinia is a spectacular karst resurgence where a clear blue spring surges from the Supramonte, feeding a deep cave system for advanced cave divers. The water is astonishingly clear, revealing limestone walls, stalactites and a fragile troglobiotic ecosystem. Diving is strictly for full cave certification, guide-led and governed by tight conservation rules to protect the spring. For those qualified, it is one of the most beautiful inland dives in the Mediterranean, blending geology and technical challenge.
