Oceanic Island Retreat

Fuvahmulah is a unique oceanic island rather than a typical atoll, and has emerged as one of the world's most exciting pelagic diving destinations. The legendary Fuvahmulah Tear Drop dive site is now famous for year-round tiger shark encounters with individuals reaching up to 5 metres, alongside thresher sharks, scalloped hammerheads, oceanic whitetips, and huge manta ray visits. Deep-wall drifts with strong currents deliver adrenaline-pumping diving along vertical faces dropping into the abyss. The island's isolation in the open ocean attracts large pelagic species rarely seen at typical Maldivian atoll sites, making it a dedicated destination for experienced divers seeking big animal encounters. With limited but growing infrastructure, Fuvahmulah offers an exclusive and adventurous diving experience that is rapidly gaining recognition as a world-class pelagic destination.
