Reqqa Point
Site Overview
Reqqa Point is a steep drop-off on Gozo’s north coast, covered in gorgonians and sea fans and patrolled by amberjack, barracuda and the occasional eagle ray. The wall drops from 15 m to 50+ m, making it an advanced drift dive best done with a guide on a favourable slack window. Its pelagic-rich water and dramatic topography are a Gozo highlight. The site rewards careful planning, good buoyancy and a respect for Malta’s marine-protection rules, and remains a favourite among Mediterranean divers.
