The Monte Hacho Wall in Ceuta is a dramatic Mediterranean drop-off where the rock plunges into clear, Strait-influenced water rich with groupers, barracuda and morays. Intermediate divers follow the wall at 8-30 m, enjoying excellent visibility and the chance of passing pelagics in the blue. The sheltered location and easy boat access make it a dependable site, and the surrounding enclave adds Spanish-African character. Monte Hacho is a signature Ceuta dive.
