Cabo Higuer at Hondarribia is the Basque Country’s north-eastern tip, its deep walls clad in gorgonians and home to lobsters, conger eels and abundant macro in clear, cool Atlantic water. Advanced divers follow the drop-offs at 12-32 m, enjoying excellent visibility and the dramatic border-coast scenery.
