Site Overview

Tufia is a protected bay on Gran Canaria’s east coast, a gentle reef sloping to about 16 m that is ideal for training, refreshers and macro diving. Octopus, nudibranchs, wrasse and gobies fill the rocky ledges, and the sheltered water makes it a dependable site in most conditions. Its easy access and calm profile suit beginners and students, while photographers find plenty of small life. Tufia is a quiet, productive alternative to the busier El Cabrón reserve nearby.
