All meals are provided aboard the liveaboard during the extended crossing to the offshore pinnacles. Angarosh, known as the Mother of Sharks, is the ultimate destination for shark enthusiasts diving the Sudanese Red Sea. This isolated seamount far offshore features soaring vertical walls, huge schools of scalloped hammerheads, silvertip sharks, and oceanic whitetips in concentrations that rival the world's most famous shark diving destinations. The vast gorgonian forests adorning the walls create a stunning backdrop for shark photography and video. The Angarosh and offshore pinnacles are reached exclusively by liveaboard vessel from Port Sudan harbour, requiring 3-4 hours of open ocean crossing depending on conditions. These sites are featured on extended 10-14 day liveaboard itineraries that venture beyond the standard Sanganeb-Rumi circuit. The remote location means few vessels visit and diving conditions can be challenging with strong currents and open ocean exposure.
