Most diving operations are day-trip based, departing from Hamilton, the Royal Naval Dockyard, or St. George's. This allows divers to enjoy the island's sophisticated dry-land culture and world-class dining in the evenings while still accessing the 'Wreck Capital of the Atlantic' during the day. Internal transport in Bermuda is unique and strictly regulated to preserve the island's charm.
