Scuba Diving Regions in Egypt

From world-class walls to muck diving havens, discover the unique character of each regional cluster.

    Regional Diversity

Diving in Egypt is exceptional year-round. The best visibility and warmest waters (26-30°C) occur from June to September. However, the 'cool' season (March to May and September to November) is often preferred for more comfortable air temperatures and is peak time for seeing Hammerhead sharks and Manta rays. Winter (December to February) can be windy and cooler (21-23°C) but offers the quietest reefs.

    Planning Tips

Many regions are seasonally dependent. For Egypt, the best diving conditions are usually spread across different months depending on the archipelago or coast.
