Scuba Diving Regions in Haiti

From world-class walls to muck diving havens, discover the unique character of each regional cluster.

    Regional Diversity

Diving in Haiti is possible year-round, but the optimal conditions are typically found from December to April during the dry season. During these months, the weather is stable, the skies are clear, and horizontal visibility is at its peak. The summer and autumn months (June to November) bring warmer water temperatures, reaching up to 30°C, but this is also the Atlantic hurricane season and the period of highest rainfall. For many travelers, the months of November and May offer a good balance of pleasant weather and quieter travel. Water temperatures are consistently warm, ranging from 26°C in winter to 29°C in summer, making a thin wetsuit or rash guard sufficient for most dives.

    Planning Tips
