Site Overview
Tramore’s Metal Man Wall is a shallow, easily accessed shore dive ideal for training and macro photography. The small wall and surrounding rock hold dogfish, spider crabs, wrasse, anemones and edible crabs, and the gentle conditions make it a favourite for courses and refreshers on the sunny south-east. Close to the seaside town, it is a relaxed, forgiving site for building skills and enjoying close-up life. Watch for boat traffic near the bathing area, and ascend with a safety stop before a careful shore exit.
