    Diving in Lake Malawi is possible year-round. The best conditions are between September and December when the water is warmest (27-29°C) and the visibility is at its peak. June to August is the cooler 'winter' season, with water temperatures dropping to around 23°C and occasional winds that can affect visibility on the surface.
