The east coast of Gozo faces Comino and Malta across the channel, with the beautiful bay of Hondoq ir-Rummien and the steep walls of Qala Point. Hondoq is a crystal-clear, sloping reef perfect for training and night dives, rich in nudibranchs and seahorses. Qala Point drops into the channel with gorgonians, barracuda and the chance of eagle rays and dolphins. It is a quieter, scenic corner with easy access to Comino. The area rewards careful planning and respects Maltese marine-protection rules, offering rewarding diving for a range of Mediterranean experience levels. Getting There
