Buseo is a flooded travertine quarry near Cuenca, its crystal-clear blue water revealing a sunken forest, training platforms and submerged structures ideal for courses and altitude diving. Visibility is excellent and the calm, controlled environment makes it a favourite for certifications and refresher dives away from the sea. The striking blue water and the surrounding pine hills create an unexpected inland oasis, and the platforms help structured training. Buseo is a cornerstone of Spanish freshwater diving.
