Diving in Tonga is excellent year-round. The dry season from May to October offers the best visibility and cooler, more pleasant air temperatures. July to October is the peak time for humpback whale sightings and swimming. The wet season (November to April) brings warmer water (up to 28°C) and more humid weather, though diving continues with fewer crowds and lush green landscapes.
