Scuba Diving Regions in Kuwait
From world-class walls to muck diving havens, discover the unique character of each regional cluster.
Regional Diversity
Diving in Kuwait is seasonal due to the significant variations in water temperature. The best conditions are typically found from April to June and from September to November. During these months, the water temperature is comfortable, ranging between 22°C and 28°C, and underwater visibility is at its best. The peak summer months (July-August) can be extremely hot above water, while the winter months (December-March) see water temperatures drop to around 15-18°C, requiring thicker exposure protection. Visibility is generally best at the offshore islands, away from the coastal silt.
Planning Tips
Many regions are seasonally dependent. For Kuwait, the best diving conditions are usually spread across different months depending on the archipelago or coast.
