Scuba Diving Regions in Israel

From world-class walls to muck diving havens, discover the unique character of each regional cluster.

    Regional Diversity

Diving in Israel is possible year-round, but the best conditions are typically found from April to October. In Eilat, the water temperature remains relatively consistent between 21°C in winter and 26°C in summer, with excellent visibility year-round. The Mediterranean coast is best dived during the warmer summer months when the seas are calmest and the water temperature is more comfortable. The winter months can bring rougher seas and cooler temperatures on the Mediterranean side, though Eilat remains a reliable and pleasant diving destination throughout the year.

    Planning Tips

Many regions are seasonally dependent. For Israel, the best diving conditions are usually spread across different months depending on the archipelago or coast.
