From world-class walls to muck diving havens, discover the unique character of each regional cluster.

    Regional Diversity

Diving in Austria is a year-round activity, but the best conditions depend on the experience you seek. May to September offers the most pleasant air temperatures and the best opportunities for lake and river diving. Grüner See specifically peaks in June. Winter (December to March) is the prime time for ice diving, which requires specialized training and equipment.
