Scuba Diving Regions in Grenada

From world-class walls to muck diving havens, discover the unique character of each regional cluster.

    Regional Diversity

Diving in Grenada is exceptional year-round, but the prime conditions are traditionally found from January to May during the dry season. During these months, horizontal visibility is at its absolute peak, and the sea conditions are generally calm on the leeward west and south coasts. The summer and autumn months (June to November) bring warmer water temperatures, reaching up to 29°C. While this period is technically the Atlantic hurricane season, Grenada's southern location puts it on the very edge of the main belt, and direct hits are historically rare. For many, the shoulder months of November and December offer the perfect balance of great diving, lush green landscapes, and festive local atmosphere. Water temperatures range from a comfortable 26°C in February to 29°C in September.

    Planning Tips

Many regions are seasonally dependent. For Grenada, the best diving conditions are usually spread across different months depending on the archipelago or coast.
